Meet Anna
Anna is a trauma‑informed integrative energy medicine practitioner and teacher whose work bridges clinical environments, somatic awareness, and spiritually grounded care. Trained in visually guided meditation and certified as a Usui Tibetan Reiki Master Teacher, Holy Fire® Reiki Master, and Associate Polarity Therapist, she brings a rare combination of energetic precision and nervous‑system literacy to her practice.
Across hospice, assisted living, and community care settings, she has supported patients and their loved ones through pain modulation, emotional release, and end‑of‑life transition — offering presence, regulation, and compassionate steadiness during some of life’s most vulnerable moments. Her work is deeply informed by trauma‑responsive principles, ensuring that every session honors safety, pacing, and the innate intelligence of the body.
As an educator, Anna has trained therapists, nurses, volunteers, and interdisciplinary staff in the ethical integration of energy medicine, helping clinical teams understand how somatic energetics, guided visualization, and subtle‑body techniques can support patient comfort and resilience. Her teaching style blends clarity, grounded spirituality, and practical application, making her a trusted guide for both emerging practitioners and seasoned clinicians.

Session Information:
Regular treatments are 60 minutes in duration and the fee is $145.
Appointments are offered both virtual and in person.
Transitional Care treatments are 60 minutes in duration, and the fee is donation based only.

Transitional Care Training
My Transitional Care (End-of-Life) training is a 2-to-3-day immersive course. This training is specifically designed for caregivers; Palliative and Hospice Nurses, Physicians, Hospice Volunteers, and family members who are providing direct care to loved ones who may be in the final stages of their lives.
There are a total of 9 modules covering the individual stages of the souls' transition, along with hands-on practicum (1 transitional clients documented practicum as submittal).
Practitioners will be attuned to a Level 2 vibrational attunement to clear any stagnant energetic flow from within the energetic body and ignite the amplified level of energy flow to perform this level of gentle and compassionate assistance to those transitioning.
Once students complete their required fully documented transition practicum, they will electronically receive a certificate of completion.
